What is the return policy?

If for any reason you regret your purchase and wish to return it, we will offer a full refund (minus shipping costs). The refund will be made in the form of a credit voucher to use in our store or an exchange. For this to take place you have to return the item/s to us within 5 days of you receiving your item/s according to the tracking. 

The item/s you are returning will be refunded in a voucher as long as it/they meet/s the following conditions:

  1. That we receive it in perfect condition,
  2. All original labels and tags are attached,
  3. It shows ZERO signs of wear
  4. It has not been washed

All items are subject to inspection upon return. If an item has been worn, used, or altered in any way, it is ineligible for return, exchange, or refund.

You must send the products you are returning back to us within 5 days since your parcel arrived to your delivery address, no exceptions. Although you have 14 days to send it back, we would appreciate if you inform us as soon as possible that you will be returning a package by emailing hello@shoppiccoliandco.com with your order number/reason for return.

Please note that we are not liable for postage costs for either delivery or returns.

This means that the shipping cost will not be refunded. Nor do we provide shipping labels for returns. We recommend choosing a return method that includes tracking. 

Important for customers outside the USA, when returning a package please ensure to complete your customs return form selecting "Return items", as we won't accept responsibility for taking parcels charged by customs Duty or import TAX. This means your return item/s will be sent back to you by default due to us not collecting them nor paying import Duties, and consequently you won’t receive a refund.

We strongly recommend you return item/s via a trackable delivery service, as we cannot and will not accept responsibility for any lost or damaged items

EXCEPTIONS to the refund policy stated above 

Refunds for items not collected

If you do not collect your package on time or provide the correct address for your local post to deliver it and the package is returned to us we WILL discount the exact shipping amount we paid for from your refund. This applies even if you were entitled to “free shipping”. If you want us to redeliver it you will be responsible for re-delivery fees should the package be returned to us as Undelivered because of address mistakes, because a customer failed to collect it, or wasn't home.

Refunds for when your order was entitled to “free shipping”

If you order some things to qualify for free shipping and then return your items. We will refund you for the items but not for the shipping costs. We will deduct the exact amount we paid for shipping. 

Overusing the right of returns 

If we deem that you are ordering items to take pictures or using them for a short period of time and then returning them. We might refund you for the items minus shipping costs, however, we reserve the right to not allow you to order more from our site. 

Returns of Outlet items

Starting May 1st, 2022 we will not accept any refunds/exchanges of Outlet/Sale items. All sales will be final.  

Returns on Swimwear 

For sanitary purposes we do not accept returns/exchanges on any Swimwear (discounted or not).


  • Breakage Policy: Once an item has been worn or used, the customer assumes responsibility for its condition and any subsequent damage. We cannot accept returns for items that break due to wear and tear or accidental damage incurred after use.


    Super important, the fact that you have send us an email within 5 days stating your intention to send an order back does not mean you get to keep the item/s for longer than 5 days. If you have not posted it within 5 days of the item marked as delivered, we will NOT issue a credit voucher.

    How are the sizes calculated?

    We offer several different manufacturers and each of them have a bit of different sizing, some items run smaller, and some true-to-size. They are almost never bigger. Below each clothing item you will find a ''Size chart'', this is our best estimate making an average between all our manufacturers sizes.

    In sizing what does 3 mean? 3 years?

    All of our sizes are in months except when followed by a T. This means that 3 means 3 months, while 3T means 3 years.

    We offer sizes from 0 (newborn) until 6T (6 year olds).

    What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?

    If you are outside the USA, you must talk to your local authorities to understand the costs of importing goods. We do not refund duties/local taxes, nor shipping companies brokerage fees.

    What are the different shipping options you offer and costs?

    The costs for shipping will be reflected during checkout based on your location, and added to your total prior to checkout. Most countries have the possibility to choose from:

    • Standard Shipping
    • Expedited Shipping
    • Non-insured Economy Shipping
    • Free shipping for orders over a certain amount (amount varies per country)

    For Standard Shipping we have noted that in the USA orders are delivered within 4 business days.

    Outside the USA, Standard Shipping can take up to 5 weeks to be delivered, with the average being 2-3 weeks. It depends mostly on the local country regulations when it comes to importing goods, and how much of a backlog each country has due to Covid.

    For Expedited Shipping, delivery times are usually 2 days in USA, and 1 week for the rest of the world. These are estimated times of the companies we work with like Fedex, UPS, DHL etc. Failure of them to deliver on time will not be our responsibility.

    Some countries have the option to choose non-insured economy shipping. This shipping method is quite economical but Piccoli&Co is not to be held responsible for lost/damage packages if you choose this non-insured shipping method.

    May I cancel my order?

    We cannot cancel any order placed. If you wish to not receive the item you ordered anymore, and we have not ship it, you can get a credit voucher. 

    We do not refund orders back to original payment method. 

    I qualified for free shipping, what type of shipping will I get?

    Free shipping means your order will be sent using Standard Shipping which takes 1-4 days in the US, and 2 weeks on average for the rest of the world.

    When will I receive my order?

    Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days using a Standard Shipping Method unless you have selected an Expedited one. We have noted that in the USA orders are delivered within 3-4 business days.

    Standard Shipping Orders outside the USA can take up to 6 weeks to be delivered, with the average being 2-3 weeks. It depends mostly on the local country regulations when it comes to importing goods and how much of a backlog each country has.

    No matter the location though, orders are always traceable/trackable.

    There are certain countries in which we cannot provide standard shipping, for those Expedited Shipping is the default and orders will be sent using either UPS, Fedex, DHL, or alike and delivery times are within 7 business days on average.

    What do I do if I never receive my order?

    In the unlikely event your order is missing, and over 70 business days have passed, please contact us at hello@shoppiccoliandco.com to arrange a new shipping or give you a refund.

    IMPORTANT If your tracking shows as delivered, we will not arrange a new shipping nor refund you. We advise you to contact your local post in order to locate the item if it hasn't arrived to you.

    What do I do if I received a defective order?

    Our products are carefully inspected before shipping, if for any reason there are damages incurred while in transit you must notify us as soon as you get the package by emailing hello@shoppiccoliandco.com with a picture/s of the damaged goods and send the defective item back within 3 business days. Then we can arrange a replacement of your order, or a refund back to your payment method as long as you send the defective item back immediately.

    How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

    You can make changes to an order as long as it has not been shipped. You can do this by emailing us at hello@shoppiccoliandco.com if you want to modify an existing order with your order number.

    How do I make sure I order the right size?

    We provide a size chart table for you to verify the size/measurements of your little one before placing an order. However, we are stockists of different manufacturers and there are some items that run smaller than others. We try to specify that under each product, nevertheless, if the product you ordered is too big/small for your little one we will be happy to exchange it for you, if we have the size.
