How to File a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe any content on shoppiccoliandco.com infringes your copyright, you may send a written notice to our Designated Agent at the address above. To be effective under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice must include:

3.        Your contact information (name, address, telephone, email);

Counter-Notices

If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3) to the same address.

Repeat Infringers

Piccoli & Co terminates, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users determined to be repeat infringers.

Misrepresentations

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees.
