At Piccoli&Co.®, we carefully prepare and dispatch each order to ensure your pieces arrive safely and beautifully packaged.

SHIPPING OPTIONS & RATES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected service. You will be able to choose from multiple carriers and delivery speeds prior to completing your purchase.

United States Orders

Standard Shipping

  • UPS Ground
  • USPS Ground Advantage

Express Shipping

  • UPS 2nd Day Air
  • UPS Next Day Air
  • USPS Priority Mail Express

If your order qualifies for Free Shipping, it will be automatically shipped via either USPS or UPS Ground at our discretion. Free shipping applies only to standard delivery services.

If you require expedited delivery, we recommend selecting one of our express options at checkout.

 

International Orders

We ship worldwide using trusted carriers:

  • USPS First Class International
    (Economy service — delivery may take 3–5+ weeks depending on destination and local customs processing)
  • UPS Worldwide Saver / Expedited
    (Estimated delivery: 4–8 business days)
  • DHL Express Worldwide
    (Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance in the destination country.


PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are processed and dispatched as follows:

  • Monday–Friday orders placed before 2:00 PM CET → dispatched within 1–2 business days
  • Orders placed Saturday–Sunday → dispatched within 2–3 business days

All processing times are subject to product availability.

PRE-ORDERS

Items marked as Pre-Order are produced or reserved specifically for you to secure your selected size, color, or design.

  • Estimated shipping dates are clearly stated on each product page
  • Pre-order items cannot be cancelled once placed
  • Delivery timelines are indicative and may be subject to production adjustments

 

STOCK AVAILABILITY

While we strive to keep inventory fully updated, in rare cases an item may become unavailable after purchase.

If this occurs:

  • We will contact you promptly
  • You will be offered an alternative item or a full refund if you prefer not to wait for restock

 

TRACKING & DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

If you do not see this email, please check your spam or junk folder.

All shipments are fully trackable from dispatch to delivery.

LOST, STOLEN OR MISDELIVERED PACKAGES

All orders are shipped with tracking confirmation and are the responsibility of the carrier once dispatched.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Piccoli&Co.® is no longer responsible for loss, theft, or misplacement.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, we recommend:

  • Checking with household members or building reception
  • Contacting your local carrier or post office immediately

We are happy to assist where possible, but responsibility for delivered shipments lies with the carrier and recipient.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

For all non-U.S. orders:

Please note that your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are:

  • Not included in your order total
  • The responsibility of the customer
  • Payable upon delivery or import clearance
